About the Role: Join Window Hero Huntington as a Crew Leader, leading a dedicated team in delivering top-notch window and exterior cleaning services. Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of window cleaning technicians on-site.
* Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks, maintaining a strong work ethic.
* Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are consistently met.
* Communicate effectively with clients before, during and at the end of jobs to ensure maximum satisfaction, collect payment and secure positive reviews.
* Train and mentor new team members as we expand.
* Manage daily operations, equipment maintenance and inventory management.
* Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure excellence.
* Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
* Must like cleaning and exceptional finished results of your efforts.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the cleaning or service industry.
* Clean driving record.
* Must be able and willing to climb a 32' ladder and go on roofs.
* Be mechanically inclined to maneuver and troubleshoot equipment.
